Restaurant Köket opened its doors in 2020 and has a modern bistro profile with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Guests pay at self-service checkouts or via our QR code. The food is well prepared with great variety, always including a vegetarian option and our salad bar where you only pay for what you eat.

Lunchrullen is located on the entrance floor of the RK factory. Guests pay at self-service checkouts or via our QR code. The food is well prepared with great variety, always including a vegetarian option.

Café Kvarnen

Our café is bright and fresh. Here we offer delicious coffee as well as a wide selection of breakfast items, salads, and sandwiches at lunchtime, and lots of treats when you need an energy boost. After 3:00 PM, you are warmly welcome to shop in our Trust Shop.

  • Around the world: Chicken curry, coconut rice, pak choi, lime, roasted sesame seeds
  • Salad: Shrimp poke bowl, red cabbage, avocado, noodles, seaweed, soy and ginger dressing
Thursday
  • The garden: Carrot and cheese patties with apple mint salad, tzatziki and herb couscous
  • Husman: Pea soup, shoulder, sausage and pancakes with jam and whipped cream
  • Around the world: shrimp baked fish with oven tomatoes, fennel cream, mussels, fennel crudité
  • Salad: Herb chicken with melon, lime, coriander, red onion and lettuce and chili sauce

  • The Garden: Chili-grilled portabello, smoked pearl onions, salsa verde, crispy chili, nachos, cheddar sauce, sweet potato fries
