Restaurant Köket opened its doors in 2020 and has a modern bistro profile with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Guests pay at self-service checkouts or via our QR code. The food is well prepared with great variety, always including a vegetarian option and our salad bar where you only pay for what you eat.

Lunchrullen

Lunchrullen is located on the entrance floor of the RK factory. Guests pay at self-service checkouts or via our QR code. The food is well prepared with great variety, always including a vegetarian option.

Café Kvarnen

Our café is bright and fresh. Here we offer delicious coffee as well as a wide selection of breakfast items, salads, and sandwiches at lunchtime, and lots of treats when you need an energy boost. After 3:00 PM, you are warmly welcome to shop in our Trust Shop.

  • Husman: Breaded cod with pickled vegetables, chive mayonnaise and dill-tossed new potatoes
  • Around the world: Sticky chicken with sesame rice, Asian cucumber salad and sriracha mayonnaise
  • Salad: Rice Bowl with crayfish, wasabi and avocado with lime pickled red onion, cucumber & cress
Thursday
  • The Garden: Butter-baked spitz dish, mushroom broth, artichoke, Västerbotten cheese, watercress and croutons
  • Husman: Baked Fish with broccoli puree, broccoli salad , white wine sauce, chives, potatoes
  • Around the world: Lasagna, tomato & spinach salad, tzatziki, basil
  • Salad: Caesar salad, Chicken, croutons, romaine lettuce, bacon, grated Parmesan, Caesar dressing
Friday
  • The Garden: Baked beets with goat cheese croquettes, chive cream and mache salad
  • Husman: Rahmschnitzel, mashed potatoes with sauerkraut, green peas, rahm sauce, pea shoots, parsley
  • Around the world: Scampi, coconut cream, mustard seeds, pak choi, coriander, jasmine rice, papa dum
  • Salad: Seaweed roe, boiled egg, clear potato salad, asparagus, onion, dillaioli
